Alien God + the Aeons
Beyond space, time and matter, the alien god sleeps, submerged in an endless, shimmering pool. A ripple echoes across the timeless waters, the goddess Barbelo emerges, and together they conceive a child - Immortal Androgynous man, the primal First Human. As two beings in one, Immortal man acts as both Christ (the Son) and Sophia (the Holy Ghost) to sow and fertilize the Infinite Aeons - an infinite set of possible worlds, extending forever in every direction.
Before the Beginning
Before there was a God, a heaven or an earth, there was only the Alien God, the infinite and eternal mind who dreams all realities:
“There is a perfect preexistent Aeon, dwelling in the invisible and unnameable elevations… in quiet and in deep solitude for infinite aeons.” [1]

The Alien God
In the same way that a goldfish can’t fully understand or imagine the world outside its fishbowl, even the creator God of the Bible doesn’t really understand the Alien God:

The Seed of the Universe
The Alien God prepared a potential universe in the form of a “seed” containing the universal blueprints for everything which ever would, could or might exist:
“Since, then, there was nothing - no matter… nothing simple, nothing complex.. no man, no angel, no god, not anything that is named or perceived…the nonexistent God wished, without [...]
The Barbelo
Beautiful and mysterious, the goddess “Barbelo” was born as the Alien God saw his own reflection in “the water of life” and fell in love.
“His thought became active” and Barbelo emerged from this “luminous water” as the Alien’s God’s “first Thought… She became the universal womb, for she precedes everything.” [1]

The Gnostic trinity of Father, Mother and Child was made complete with the birth of Immortal Androgynous Man, the first and only offspring of Barbelo and the Alien God:

Before the material world existed, the divine world was created, erupting from the ecstatic union of Sophia (the world soul) and Christ (Divine Mind).
The universe they made together exists outside of time as a realm of infinite possibility and endless exploration, fluid and ever-changing, a hyperspace of pure thought:
