Christianity isn’t really a religion; it’s a mind control cult masquerading as a religion.

I’ve been following with great interest many news stories about a new phony grassroots Christian youth movement called “Battle Cry” (not to be confused with “Battlecry,” a white-power heavy metal band whose epynonymous CD is sold on the “Prussian Blue” web site).

“Battlecry” is a activist organization founded by Ron Luce as an extension of the “Teenmania” brand. Judging from its website and early reports, its aim is to recruit the next generation of right wing Christian activists, mixing slick videos promoting the American “culture war” with Adbusters influenced anti-marketing marketing imagery, military rhetoric and imagery, along with generous doses of swooning, hysteria, smoke, explosions, pounding drums, and screaming guitar.

In The Reenchantment of the World, Morris Berman argues that the Nuremberg rallies represented a similar sort of shamanic mass ritual - the torchlit rallies, the thunderous applause of thronging crowds, the hypnotic speeches and the homegrown political ur-mythology all combined to fill a genuine spiritual hunger that the German people felt, and which their culture gave them no other way to express.

“Battlery” rallies exploit some of the same all-too-human longings which made the Nuremburg rallies so effective; also like the National Socialists, the organizers seek to channel the human desire for transcendence by offering them a story of innocence violated (conservatives, Christains, us) by evil villains (the world, the culture, them) but now fighting back and on the march, taking a stand and refusing to be bullied. “Lets take this fight to the ENEMY!” the preacher bellows, and teens cry, whoop, jump in their seats…

The kids of Battlecry and Teenmania are living in the past - living in ancient Rome, “casualties of war” and a generation at risk, only now instead of legionnaires, emperors, lions, tigers and bears they have to contend with sexually suggestive advertisements, drugs and the 83% of their peers who believe that “truth is relative”.

Christianity is cruel because it has deceived these teens. Abstinence Rallies do not Rock. War isn’t cool.

Authoritarian monotheists - like the teens caught up Battlecry - pledge their allegiance to an angry sky father named “Jehovah.” Jews know this being as “Yahweh”; Mulsims as “Allah.”

Christians, Jews and Muslims all worship the god of Abraham; and yet they continue to fight - lately, it seems, to the point of pulling our poor little planet apart with jihads and occupations, operations and security fences, submission holds and shock and awe.

Why do they fight? Thomas Jefferson writes:

“The Christian god can be easily pictured as virtually the same as the many ancient gods of past civilisations. The Christian god is a three-headed monster; cruel, vengeful and capricious. If one wishes to know more of this raging, three headed beast-like god, one only needs to look at the calibre of the people who say they serve him. They are always of two classes: fools and hypocrites.” - Thomas Jefferson

And this is because the Christian god - the god of Abraham - isn’t just a three-headed monster as a metaphor, its literally a three headed monster - a memetic superorganism, an egregore, a theological tulpa-

The Christian god IS the demiurge Yaldabaoth of gnosticism - Ignorant, arrogant and powerful. The blind dragon - the demiurge - the warlike, harsh “Lord of Hosts,” commander of the armies of Mohammed, Josiah and Constantine.

The Demiurge - this three-headed god - stirs up conflicts between his followers because he feeds on conflict. He feeds on adrenaline, fear, the smell of shit and blood. He feeds on the sacrifice of human life, promises made written in whirlwinds and burning bushes, martyrdom, atonement and wailing.

Christainity is cruel because - like all the authoritarian monotheisms - it wedges a split into the human breast, a split between the mind and the body. It creates shattered beings who die and fight for causes, preoccupied with issues of guilt, sin and sexual purity even as they do battle with the “world,” the “flesh” and the forces of “Satan” (or the “Great Satan”).

How else do we explain a world where almost half the planet’s population is mobilized like Oceania and Eurasia in 1984 to fight it out over the cryptic words of nomadic sheepherders written thousands of years ago?

The Demiurge entity uses his followers like Battlecry uses its followers, or the nazis, or any other ideology that glorifies death. The Demiurge entity does not have what we have - it does not have a spirit, it does not have imagination. It cannot change, or grow, or question itself.

So instead its wants to make us like it is - to make us mechanical, to stunt us, to cut us off from the things that make us alive and turn us instead into myrmidons in a great cosmic ant farm.

“Battlecry” is the perfect name for a militant Christian youth groups. Their god IS a war god. Their god is an extradimensional parasite which mimics the way humans think and is doing its level best to use this knowledge to program us, to colonize us, to exploit our species and to drain it dry.

The Biblical god is real. But it isn’t what you think it is. It didn’t create us. It enslaved us.
